• Dan Corazzi, Jr., Founder & Chief Executive Officer
  • As CEO of ESM Solutions, Dan founded and has led the company to become the top spend management solutions provider for the public sector. Dan brings 15 years of executive experience and leadership from Xerox Corporation including customer management, sales and operations.
• Mark Smith, Chief Operating Officer
  • Mark returns to ESM Solutions as COO, responsible for the company’s day-to-day internal operations, demonstrating successful execution of business strategies for our products and services. He has 27 years of executive, strategic and operational experience from companies such as Johnson & Johnson, SAP and I-Many, Inc.
• Anthony Rotoli, Vice President, Sales
  • Anthony is responsible for the direction and management of ESM Solutions’ national sales and business development operations. Prior to ESM Solutions, Anthony has 10 years of management experience at SciQuest, CDW-G and ChannelAdvisor.  
• Jeff Mason, Vice President, Product
  • As our expert on all ESM Solutions products, Jeff oversees the entire product process, from concept through development. Jeff brings 12 years of management experience from Johnson & Johnson and 11 years of software management at ESM Solutions.

  • Dan doubles as our VP of Finance and HR. As CFO, Dan manages all financial accounts, reports, transactions and budgets. As head of HR, Dan is responsible for the strategic direction and management of ESM Solutions’ human resources policies and programs. He has 35 years of experience in the education sector.
• Harry Goldberg, Vice President, Customer Success
  • Harry is responsible for driving user adoption and customer success through initiatives directly tied to meeting customer ROI as well as ESM Solutions’ business objectives. He brings more than 29 years of management experience in strategic planning, technology and procurement from Unisys.

• Daniel Corazzi, Jr.
  • Dan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESM Solutions. Prior to starting ESM Solutions in 1999, Dan held management and sales positions at Xerox Corporation in its United States Customer Operations division, most notably as Senior Field Operation Executive of a $150 million business unit. His responsibilities included sales and sales management, staffing and development. During his tenure at Xerox, Dan gained over 12 years of experience working with public sector market segments.
• Jonathan Faith
  • Jonathan was Group Managing Director and Chairman of Faith Shoe Group Limited, founded in 1964. With a loyal customer base, the company had over 280 retail stores, a number of concession outlets and 2,500 employees across the United Kingdom, developing Faith into a leading shoe brand. After Jonathan left Faith Shoe Group, he founded Retelligence Ltd., a mobile software provider for consumer retail. In addition to ESM Solutions, Jonathan sits on several boards of other organizations.
• Larry Evans
  • Larry is a founding principal of Right Management Consultants, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: RMCI) $250 million dollar international career transition and human resources consulting firm.  With his extensive business background, including international banking, financing, and business consulting, Larry focuses on executive coaching of key employees within his clients’ organizations.  He sits on the Board of Directors of Embedded Wireless Devices, and is a former co-chair of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.  More recently, Larry founded the Virtual Board of Advisors, which is a consulting firm that focuses top executives on intellectual capital issues within their organizations.  Larry has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
• Lionel Stock
  • Lionel was Chief Financial Officer of Faith Shoe Group Limited. During his tenure, Faith Shoe had a bandwidth of 280 retail stores, including concession outlets, and 2,500 employees.  After his time at Faith Shoe, Lionel served as Chief Financial Officer of Retelligence Ltd. and is currently the Managing Director of Faith Investments.  Lionel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
• Daniel Corazzi, Sr.
  • Dan is the Chief Financial Officer of ESM Solutions.  He has over 35 years of experience in education.  For 16 years, Dan served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Valley View School District in Archibald, Pennsylvania.  He spent 12 years in management positions at the Valley View and Brandywine Area School Districts.  Dan started his career teaching in the Tunkhannock Area School District and as an advocate for education, was a member of several advisory committees including: the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County, the Northeast Educational Unit, the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators, and the American Association of School Administrators.  Dan also sat on an advisory board for Pioneer American Bank.
• Mark Smith
  • Mark is the Chief Operating Officer of ESM Solutions. Prior to ESM Solutions, Mark spent 15 years in operations, technology and marketing management with Johnson & Johnson, and 11 years as a software executive, including the original launch of ESM Solutions and launch of SAP Retail in the Americas. Most recently, he founded a company that develops iPhone and iPad educational applications for the children’s market. Previously, Mark was a Board of Directors member for Streamline Inc., a web-based home grocery delivery start-up in Boston.
