Dan started his career as an account executive in the K-12 Market. His last ten years at Xerox were in executive positions, most notably, as a Senior Solutions Executive responsible for a $150 million dollar business unit.

Mark returns to ESM Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer charged with overseeing all internal facing company initiatives. He brings over 30 years experience, with 15 years management experience in consumer goods from Johnson & Johnson and 11 years executive experience in software, including the original launch of ESM Solutions and launch of SAP Retail in the Americas. Most recently, he founded a company that develops iPhone and iPad educational applications for the children’s market.

David Blechner is Chairman and Group Managing Director at Star Computer Group, PLC, Watford United Kingdom, which provides accounting software to global consulting firms including Accenture, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. David has over 30 years experience as both an information technology executive and an entrepreneur, with particular expertise in initial public offerings, management buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions. He has built, managed, and taken companies public such as, Pizzaexpress, Computer Answers and Star Computer Group PLC. David is an honors graduate of Nottingham University.

His responsibilities included sales, sales management, staffing, and development. During his tenure at Xerox, Dan gained over 12 years experience working with federal and local governments, higher education, and the K-12 market segments.

For 16 years, Dan served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Valley View School District in Archibald, Pennsylvania. He spent 12 years in management positions at the Valley View and Brandywine Area School Districts. Dan started his career teaching in the Tunkhannock Area School District. As an advocate for education, Dan was a member of several advisory committees including, the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County, the Northeast Educational Unit, the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators, and the American Association of School Administrators. Dan also sat on an advisory board for Pioneer American Bank.

Larry Evans is a founding principal of Right Management Consultants, which is a publicly traded (NASDAQ: RMCI) $250 million dollar international career transition and human resources consulting firm. With his extensive business background, including international banking, financing, and business consulting, Larry focused on executive coaching of key employees within his clients’ organizations. He sits on the Board of Directors of Embedded Wireless Devices, and is one of the former Co-Chairs of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia. More recently, Larry founded the Virtual Board of Advisors, which is a consulting firm that focuses top executives on intellectual capital issues within their organizations. Larry has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

With a loyal customer base, the company had over 280 retail stores, a number of concession outlets and 2,500 employees across the United Kingdom. Jonathan developed Faith into a leading shoe brand. After Jonathan left Faith Shoe Group, he founded Retelligence Ltd., a mobile software provider for consumer retail. In addition to ESM Solutions, Jonathan sits on several boards of other organizations.

After his time at Faith Shoe, Lionel served as Chief Financial Officer of Retelligence Ltd. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Faith Investments. Lionel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
