Dan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESM Solutions. Prior to starting ESM Solutions in 1999, Dan held management and sales positions at Xerox Corporation in its United States Customer Operations division, most notably as Senior Field Operation Executive of a $150 million business unit. His responsibilities included sales and sales management, staffing and development. During his tenure at Xerox, Dan gained over 12 years of experience working with public sector market segments.

Jonathan was Group Managing Director and Chairman of Faith Shoe Group Limited, founded in 1964. With a loyal customer base, the company had over 280 retail stores, a number of concession outlets and 2,500 employees across the United Kingdom, developing Faith into a leading shoe brand. After Jonathan left Faith Shoe Group, he founded Retelligence Ltd., a mobile software provider for consumer retail. In addition to ESM Solutions, Jonathan sits on several boards of other organizations.

With his extensive business background, including international banking, financing, and business consulting, Larry focuses on executive coaching of key employees within his clients’ organizations. He sits on the Board of Directors of Embedded Wireless Devices, and is a former co-chair of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia. More recently, Larry founded the Virtual Board of Advisors, which is a consulting firm that focuses top executives on intellectual capital issues within their organizations. Larry has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

For 16 years, Dan served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Valley View School District in Archibald, Pennsylvania. He spent 12 years in management positions at the Valley View and Brandywine Area School Districts. Dan started his career teaching in the Tunkhannock Area School District and as an advocate for education, was a member of several advisory committees including: the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County, the Northeast Educational Unit, the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators, and the American Association of School Administrators. Dan also sat on an advisory board for Pioneer American Bank.

Most recently, he founded a company that develops iPhone and iPad educational applications for the children’s market. Previously, Mark was a Board of Directors member for Streamline Inc., a web-based home grocery delivery start-up in Boston.
