• Dan Corazzi, Jr., CEO/Founder
  • Dan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer.  He brings 15 years experience from Xerox Corporation in its U.S. Customer Management Operations. Dan started his career as an account executive in the K-12 Market.  His last ten years at Xerox were in executive positions, most notably, as a Senior Solutions Executive responsible for a $150 million dollar business unit.
• Mark Smith, COO
  • Mark returns to ESM Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer charged with overseeing all internal facing company initiatives.  He brings over 30 years experience, with 15 years management experience in consumer goods from Johnson & Johnson and 11 years executive experience in software, including the original launch of ESM Solutions and launch of SAP Retail in the Americas.  Most recently, he founded a company that develops iPhone and iPad educational applications for the children’s market.

  • Dan is responsible for finance, corporate governance, and human resources.  He brings over 35 years of experience in education including: eight years as an educator, 12 years experience in management positions with the Valley View and Brandywine Area School Districts, and 16 years as Superintendant of Schools for the Valley View School District.
• Jatin Kamat, CTO
  • Jatin Kamat is Chief Technology Officer responsible for all facets technology, with a specific expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning systems.  He brings over 12 years IT and management experience with various public and private companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers.
• Cathy Boyd, Customer Support Services
  • Cathy supervises the customer support group, including training, process improvement, and help desk management. She has over 20 years industry experience in the software, procurement and commerce sectors, and held management positions for 15 years.
• Dave Canzanese, Vendor Relations
  • Dave oversees vendor relationship management, including vendor contract negotiation and technical project management.  For ten years, he was an entrepreneur with his own food service distributorship.  He brings eight years of experience in managing vendor relations for procurement and commerce.
• Harry Goldberg, Business Development
  • Harry oversees business development, including reseller relationships and channel management.  He brings 30 years of experience in management within the technology and procurement sectors.  The majority of his career was spent in various positions within Burroughs.  Most recently, he was an executive at Unisys.
• Monte Inman, Implementation Services
  • Monte supervises implementation of product solutions for our customers.  He brings over 20 years of Customer Relationship Management experience, with 12 years at various public companies including, Centocor and IBM Global Services.
• Jeff Mason, Product Management
  • Jeff oversees product management, with a specific expertise in implementations of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.  He brings more than 12 years management experience in consumer goods from Johnson & Johnson and ten years software management experience within the procurement and commerce sectors.
• Anthony Rotoli, Sales
  • Anthony oversees all sales, including K-12, higher education, state and local governments, and commercial enterprises. He brings over 17 years sales and management experience in the SaaS, e-procurement, and technology industries.  For over ten years, he held executive positions with CA, SciQuest and CDW.

• David Blechner
  • David Blechner is Chairman and Group Managing Director at Star Computer Group, PLC, Watford United Kingdom, which provides accounting software to global consulting firms including Accenture, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  David has over 30 years experience as both an information technology executive and an entrepreneur, with particular expertise in initial public offerings, management buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions.  He has built, managed, and taken companies public such as, Pizzaexpress, Computer Answers and Star Computer Group PLC.   David is an honors graduate of Nottingham University.
• Daniel Corazzi
  • Daniel Corazzi is founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESM Solutions, which is a privately held company that streamlines the procurement process for public sector entities.  Prior to starting ESM Solutions in 1999, Dan held management and sales positions at Xerox Corporation in its United States Customer Operations, but most notably as senior field operation executive of a $150 million dollar business unit.  His responsibilities included sales, sales management, staffing, and development.  During his tenure at Xerox, Dan gained over 12 years experience working with federal and local governments, higher education, and the K-12 market segments.
• Daniel Corazzi, Sr.
  • Daniel Corazzi, Sr. is the CFO for ESM Solutions.  He has over 35 years of experience in education.  For 16 years, Dan served as the Superintendent of Schools for the Valley View School District in Archibald, Pennsylvania.  He spent 12 years in management positions at the Valley View and Brandywine Area School Districts.  Dan started his career teaching in the Tunkhannock Area School District.  As an advocate for education, Dan was a member of several advisory committees including, the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County, the Northeast Educational Unit, the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators, and the American Association of School Administrators.  Dan also sat on an advisory board for Pioneer American Bank.
• Larry Evans
  • Larry Evans is a founding principal of Right Management Consultants, which is a publicly traded (NASDAQ: RMCI) $250 million dollar international career transition and human resources consulting firm.  With his extensive business background, including international banking, financing, and business consulting, Larry focused on executive coaching of key employees within his clients’ organizations.  He sits on the Board of Directors of Embedded Wireless Devices, and is one of the former Co-Chairs of the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia.  More recently, Larry founded the Virtual Board of Advisors, which is a consulting firm that focuses top executives on intellectual capital issues within their organizations.  Larry has an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
• Jonathan Faith
  • Jonathan Faith was Chairman and Group Managing Director of Faith Shoe Group Limited.  Founded in 1964, the Faith shoe brand developed and sold products with inspirational style at an affordable price. With a loyal customer base, the company had over 280 retail stores, a number of concession outlets and 2,500 employees across the United Kingdom.  Jonathan developed Faith into a leading shoe brand.  After Jonathan left Faith Shoe Group, he founded Retelligence Ltd., a mobile software provider for consumer retail.  In addition to ESM Solutions, Jonathan sits on several boards of other organizations.

Previously, Mark was a Board of Director member for Streamline, Inc., a web-based home grocery delivery start-up that was located in Boston.
• Lionel Stock
  • Lionel Stock was Chief Financial Officer of Faith Shoe Group Limited, a leading footwear brand in the United Kingdom.  During his tenure, Faith Shoe had a bandwidth of 280 retail stores, including concession outlets, and 2,500 employees.  After his time at Faith Shoe, Lionel served as Chief Financial Officer of Retelligence Ltd.  Currently, he is the Managing Director of Faith Investments.  Lionel is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
