Southwestern selects ESM for full suite of eProcurement, spend management solutions

California community college continues long-term partnership with ESM We’re excited to announce that Southwestern College will migrate to ESM’s latest eProcurement tool and add on other solutions to take advantage of our full suite of spend management applications. Southwestern, a community college in Chula Vista, California, with more than 27,000 undergraduate students, has been a long-time ESM client, deploying the company’s original Mercury Commerce eProcurement solution over 7 years ago. Southwestern will now migrate to ESM Purchase to fully automate its procurement activities from beginning to end. The intuitive online shopping solution allows users to gain full control and increase visibility of their spend. But Southwestern isn’t stopping at ESM Purchase. The college also will deploy the rest of ESM’s spend management suite. That includes our contract management solution, a flexible application that’s designed for organizations of all sizes and levels. With the tool, Southwestern will be able to easily integrate its existing workflows, maintain a contract repository and better manage the contract lifecycle. “Some eProcurement and spend management solutions are expensive and out of reach for smaller organizations and colleges. At ESM, we’ve worked hard to build solutions that any size organization can afford and benefit from.”   Anthony Rotoli Co-CEO, ESM Southwestern also will use ESM Sourcing, a bidding and solicitation solution that lets users configure bids, RFPs, RFQs, Tenders and any other sourcing event. The digital online solution requires less paperwork, eliminates shipping and makes communication with vendors easier. “Some eProcurement and spend management solutions are expensive and out of reach for smaller organizations and colleges,” ESM CEO Anthony Rotoli said. “At ESM, we’ve worked hard...
