Research university to eliminate risk, improve compliance with solution
We are pleased to announce today that Michigan State University will implement a contract management solution from ESM.
ESM Contract Management will allow the university, based in East Lansing, Mich., to automate its entire contract lifecycle and manage its documents in the cloud. The solution lets users monitor and store all drafts and existing contracts from creation to amendment and renewal. Automation reduces user errors and increases worker efficiency.
With more than 50,000 students, Michigan State is the nation’s first land-grant institution and is the ninth largest university in the United States. The higher education institution already uses ESM Purchase, an eProcurement tool, and ESM Invoicing to track spend and control costs.
With ESM Contract Management, Michigan State is able to integrate ESM’s other solutions to connect the steps between sourcing and purchasing.
“Michigan State has been part of the ESM family for a number of years,” ESM CEO Anthony Rotoli said. “We’re excited to build on our already great relationship and help them take control of their contracts.”
