Central California Alliance for Health to automate contract management
ESM, a leading provider of spend management and eProcurement solutions, announced today that the Central California Alliance for Health will deploy ESM’s contract management application.
The regional, nonprofit, Medi-Cal managed care health plan serves more than 350,000 members and works with more than 7,000 providers across Santa Cruz, Monterey and Merced counties.
The nonprofit, which focuses on improving healthcare access to lower income residents, will use ESM’s contract management solution to streamline and automate contract management.
ESM delivers an affordable, flexible contract management solution that includes a contract repository, built-in workflows and complete contract lifecycle management - from creation, amendment and renewal to archive. ESM’s suite of spend management solutions are the only ones designed specifically for the education, regional government and nonprofit sectors.
The health alliance is the latest nonprofit to choose ESM. The Wistar Institute, the nation’s first independent institution devoted to medical research and training, and the Carter Center, the non-governmental and not-for-profit organization founded by former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his wife, Rosalynn, are examples of other nonprofits that have recently selected ESM to streamline spend management.
“Like The Wistar Institute and the Carter Center, the Central California Alliance of Health does important work for the community it serves,” ESM CEO Anthony Rotoli. “We’re excited to help them save time and money through contract management automation so they can focus on their mission.”
